Trails to Tails
Trails to Tails is a series of beautifully illustrated, full-color, fold-out maps of New York City detailing the locations of Mayor's Alliance for NYC's Animals participating animal shelters and rescue organizations, providing essential information for those seeking to help homeless animals. To date, Rational Animal has created six editions of these maps distributing thousands of maps to NYC residents via pet supply stores, 256 branches of NY Public Libraries, vet offices and shelters. Thanks to the generous support of New York Tails Magazine, ASPCA and Pedigree Foundation for making these maps possible. With the support of sponsors, we can make a shelter map for your city. Please contact us to discuss details. See our other campaigns that help at-risk animals. Please help by volunteering or making a tax-deductible donation. Trails to Tails is the brainchild of Rational Animal and this 5th edition is whimsically Illustrated by 3-D pop-up artist, Charles Fazzino, and is based on his “New York Is” collectible illustration of New York City. Trails to Tails will be available in key locations, including city offices, New York Public Libraries, NYC municipal shelters, and select vet offices, animal awareness and adoption events, and pet supplies stores city-wide. Trails to Tails is sponsored by the ASPCA and The Pedigree Foundation with help from New York Tails Magazine.
